explorer menu bar missing!!

Hello !

I had an unsuccess online update of explorer for the first time but successed at my second time. But the menu bar is missing!

I am using 'windows ME' as operating system.

can anyone help?Thank you.

If you're referring to Internet Explorer, then the Auto-Hide feature may be enabled. To disable it, move the mouse pointer to the top of the screen, right click on an open area of the menu bar, and uncheck Auto-Hide.
