Ultraplayer anyone?

Does anyone have any experience with the Ultraplayer as an alternative to Realplayer or the Windows Media Player? I use the Creative Playcenter 2.2 for all my audio needs except Internet radio. I was trying to avoid the baggage of Realplayer and the buggyness of Windows Media Player 7. Please let me know if you've used this and how good or bad it is. Thanks
