Which mobo should I go with

hmmm ok which mobo do you all think I should go with:
MSI 945GM2 H-F Micro ATX Intel Motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813130530)
or this oneeVGA 133-P4-NF51-AX ATX Intel Motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813188004)
the second one does not have onboard video i know but it has a combo deal with a eVGA 256-P2-N389-AX Geforce 6800GS CO SE 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
so that way i wuld buy them at the same time
however the first motherboard has onboard video which can give me a few days to find a suitable video card
so which mobo wuld u guys go with and my processor is Intel Pentium 4 640 800MHz FSB LGA 775 EM64T Processor (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819116197)

I'd proably go with the eVGA if you are going to get a 6800GS.

ok actually they tried to get me wit thur combo price but i figured out thur slimy business thurs $20 mail in rebate on each of them therefore the combo deal really isnt all that great
so which mobo do u think is better now scratchin out the video card
