ATX - AT cable - safe??

I saw the cable ont PC Power & Cooling's website. Is it safe to use one??

Is this what you are referring to: ATX to AT power conversion cable (http://www.pcpowercooling.com/products/alarmandaccesories/accessories/popups/indexatxtoatcable.htm)? I have not used one, but maybe someone else here has.
