Power Requirement

Hi, I'm a newbie and would like to build my own computers.
I was reading in the How to Build A Computer section,
and it said for AMD, you need an AMD approved power supply.
Could you tell me what power supply I would need for something like a
AMD Sempron 64 2800+ Palermo?
