Most stores carry the older version PSU's, and a few of the online vendors still do, also. Bigger computer shops like Micro Center and CompUSA have sales for these older ATX PSU's every now and then. You can find some good deals.

If the case is a standard ATX case and the motherboard is a standard ATX motherboard.
Any ATX, or ATX+12V PSU with a 20 pin power connector would work.

An ATX 2.0 PSU would work but may need a 24 to 20 pin adaptor for the motherboard power connector.

That is what form factors are all about.

You may have extra connectors that you don't need just tie them up out of the way.

There are thousands of ATX PSUs to choose from.

Choose one from a good manufacturer such as Antec, SeaSonic, or Enermax between 250W and 350W or more
any excess wattage that your system does not need will not be used but will be there if needed.

I suggest this ENERMAX EG301P-VB-1-FM ATX12V 300W Power Supply (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103463) for $26.50 at Newegg.

This is just an example I'm not suggesting that you go out and buy a $150 PSU for that system.

My 600W Enermax PSU would work in that system but there would be a whole bunch of wires tied up in the top of the case. My PSU will work in any ATX, ATX+12V, ATX 2.0, EATX, or EATX EPS+12 system and will work on any motherboard from an ATX SECC 2 (slot A) Pentium II up to EATX SSI EEB 3.0 duel socket 604 duel core Xeon server board.

All ATX PSUs have the required 3.3v 5v -5v 12v -12v power legs

Just be careful about getting a PSU that's too powerful. If you get a 600W quality PSU and you end up only using 175W at full load, efficiency could be a problem. Most PSU's have the best performance between 40% and 70% of their full load, just like most cars get the best gas mileage at around 55mph (88kph). Outside of that range, you have to be careful.

So don't go overboard.

I agree saph that is why I suggested the 300W Enermax.
