Would you please describe the "warning type sound?" A sustained horn type sound?
A sustained horn like beep is usually an indication of an overheating processor. Do you smell anything...

i got it to turn on it says the cpu was previously shutdown due to a thermal event (overheating) Service the unit right away to resolve this Press F4 to resume What do I do to service it. and the beep is like a doodooo dooodooo its hard to explain it but its not real loud almost like a ambulance siren but low.

Yes, your description of the sound is definitely a thermal warning siren.
How does your heatsink fan assembly look as far as dust? If things have been running fine for quite a while, dust accumulation is most often the problem. If you don't see a problem we may need to dig further.
Something could have taken place with either the CPU fan or the heatsink/CPU interface.
You may need to have a look at the thermal interface between the CPU and the heatsink. You may want to study the removal/installation process before attempting to do so if you have not performed this procedure before. You will also need to replace the thermal transfer medium. Most regulars here recommend Arctic Silver...
But, let us know what you find. It goes without saying, fixing this is important to the life of your computer. I would suggest not using it until you have addressed the problem.
