I have tried them both and kept Nero. I have not had any bad burns with it. You can download a full trial version from Ahead (http://www.ahead.de).

Nero can do overburning. Easy CD Creator (the old versions, not sure about the new ones) couldn't overburn a CD. Other than that I've never had a problem with either of them. I perfer Easy CD Creator.
