Please post the complete log including the header...

Run CCleaner to clear out temporary folders:

http://www.ccleaner.com/

Then:

Please download, install, and update the NEW free version of Ewido trojan scanner (http://www.ewido.net/en/download/):

When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".

When you run ewido for the first time, you may get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.

From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.

After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")

Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on Complete System Scan. This scan can take quite a while to run.

Check "Perform action with all infections".

When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file. Make sure you know where to find this file again.

Post back with a fresh and complete HJT log, the Ewido log and details about what other scans you have already run...

Before we begin the next stage of cleaning... This infection includes a keylogger that has probably been stealing personal information from you and sending it to someone who wants to use it to rob you of everything you have... When we clean this system, we can not guarantee that a backdoor has not been left on the system to try to steal more info from you in the future... This means that your best solution may be to wipe the hard drive and start over... You can back up files first, but there is some risk you would back up malware in the process...

Also, this means that you need to contact any financial institution that you have been doing business with on this computer and IMMEDIATELY change account numbers and passwords as well as putting a watch on each account... The consequences of not doing this could be more than 2 years of hassle dealing with identity theft and trying to recover your stolen funds...

and details about what other scans you have already run...You did not provide this information and that makes it more difficult for me to know what to do next... I will give you instructions based on what I actually see in the HJT log, but there may be more...

Next, you seem to be running 2 different antivirus programs and possibly 2 firewalls... This is likely to make them less effective and can even cripple your system... You can keep them both installed if you would like, but you need to turn one off so that only one is running as a resident program...

Now open and HJT scan and put checks by:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about:blank
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about:blank
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = about:blank
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dynamic Desktop Media] C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysu.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Mixer - sndmixex.dll (file missing)
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Run - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mvj4l91q1.dll

Close all open windows except HJT and press Fix checked...

Find and delete:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\sysu.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mvj4l91q1.dll

You will need to use Windows Search to find and delete this one:

sndmixex.dll

Then reboot and post a fresh HJT log with details about how things are running and what you have decided to do about the security threat...

Well i dont have my credit card info saved I ordered soemthing off newegg but i check the option never to not to rember the stuff for that site and any site i have my cc info on.
It doesn't matter what you saved on your computer, this thing records keystrokes and reports them to the thieves that want your money... If you typed it on your keyboard, they probably have it and will get around to stealing from you when they work through their backlog of victims...

You turned Wordwrap on in Notepad and that makes your log almost unreadable... I took a quick look and didn't see any problems, but it is easy to miss it when it is formatted that way... Please turn off Wordwrap and post the log again... Also, please note how your computer is running...

Edit: No I was wrong... You do have at least one problem there... You need to use HJT to fix this and then delete the file... Post a fresh log after reboot:

Turn Wordwrap off in Notepad under Format...

Try this before you post back with a new log:

Please download Look2Me-Remover.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=7) to your desktop.
Close all windows before continuing.
Double-click Look2Me-Remover.exe to run it.
Put a check next to Run this program as a task.
You will receive a message saying Look2Me-Remover will close and re-open in approximately 10 seconds. Click OK
When Look2Me-Remover re-opens, click the Scan for L2M button, your desktop icons will disappear, this is normal.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove L2M button.
You will receive a Done Scanning message, click OK.

Thanks for taking your time to help me : heawr is the Look2Me-Destroyer.text
Quick question which Anti Virus should i remove Norton Antivirus 2006 or Mcaffe Virus Scan Pro. ? You don't have to remove either one... just turn off the resident protection on one of them... I would turn off the oldest one so that the newest one will last longer before it needs to be resubscribed... On the other hand, I wouldn't have either on my system...

Your log is looking much better... Are you still having any problems??

How do i turn the resident protection off?
Also it is running better, but there are these popups when iam not browising the web they appear and it gets realy annoying .

I am not sure where those popups are coming from, so we need another scan...

Please download SilentRunners from here:
http://www.silentrunners.org/Silent%20Runners.zip
Unzip it to the desktop and double-click on it. If you get any kind of warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run. When the scan is finished, it will create a logfile on the desktop. Please post the entire contents of this logfile for me to see.

As for turning off the resident protection, you can usually find options for that in the program controls... If you can't find them, decide which one you want to turn off and look on the website for the program online for directions...

Ok the pop ups are gone a virus scan took care of that. There is a new issue now my computer keeps restarting for no reason. This is getting me mad iam about to run a virus scan to see if it helps.
