Hey gang,
Tell me what you think. I will start building my machine for school today and this is the mobo they want me to use. Not to sure about the onboard sound, vid, and NIC, but its all I can do for now.
Just looking for some feedback, maybe some ideas on what to expect.
Thanks....Frank

From my reading of the specs.......it looks good......no "on-board" stuff, a good AGP slot......capable of up to 1 gig Pent........looks good to me..PPGA and flip chip are also called Socket 370 boards btw.

looks like it has onboard video...unless I am reading it wrong...
Video
Intel® 82815E integrated graphics support
AGP universal connector supporting 1X, 2X, and 4X AGP cards or a Graphics Performance Accelerator (GPA)
Digital video output (DVO) connector

Thanks for the replies. Yes, it does have onboard vid and sound and I can't wait to try the DVO. I am useing all the onboard stuff for now and the system is solid so far even with ME http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif Its been up for over a week now running AOL, IE5.5, and ME with no problems. Only complaint is, no sound recorder. I'm working on that.

For anybody building their first system, I highly recommend it. Easy to build and setup, lots of featurs, and with what appears to be quality sound, vid, and NIC onboard, there is plenty of room for expansion.
