Perhaps someone out there may be able to help me. I have recently purchased CyberScrub Privacy Suite but am having problems downloading this product. What I need to know is when I am asked to enter my user information what does (a) USERNAME....(b) ORGANIZATION....and (c) SERIAL NUMBER mean? I have been forwarded my License Name and my License code, which I presume are (a) and (c).....though I may be wrong. I have tried to contact CyberScrub contact customer support on the address they supplied but my mail keeps being returned. If any one can help I would be very much obliged.
