Does anyone know if any of the better mobo manufacturers are offering an i815 chipset based board that includes an ISA slot?? I've looked around but I can't seem to come up with one at all.

I think that, unfortunately, the i815 chipset may be one of the newer breed: AMR - audio/modem riser CNR communication/networking riser slots instead of ISA. If you have noticed over the recent past things are moving towards a "legacy free" state, ISA, serial, parallel and now the start of including PCI (more and more on board video, audio and LAN.....)
