I have a extra 350w ps from my dell 8400 wondering if I can install it on another pc I have with a asus p38-f motherboard pentium 11 450.Or is it to much power for that pc,Thanks.

First of all, you have to figure out if that Dell PSU is standard ATX or not. Read this (http://www.quepublishing.com/articles/article.asp?p=339053&rl=1) for more info.

If it is a Dell proprietary PSU, don't use it on any non-Dell system! It will catch on fire! :eek: No, I'm not kidding, either. Google that one for yourself and see.

If it is a standard ATX PSU, there shouldn't be a problem hooking it up to a standard ATX mobo.
