Notebook questions

Does anyone know which notebooks have the largest screens?
Also, is it possible to put 256MB or even 512MB RAM into a notebook?

Pretty much any company that makes laptops has different models with different screen sizes...I think the biggest screen available right now is just over 15" (and 16" is probably the limit...unless you make the entire notebook bigger)

Same with the memory...I have a fairly new Compaq laptop that supports up to 320 mb, but I'm sure there are others that support more...all of these things are based on the $ you have to spend...
