Frequent blackout of screen

Do anyone know what are the reason for frequent blackout after replacing a new graphic card (radeon 9250 )?

My 1st guess is that some program is misbehaving by intermittently overwriting the video card drivers memory space in RAM lower memory, so the video image is being lost now and then.

OR...
Perhaps your video card's driver has an IRQ resource conflict.
Notice in the image below of my IRQ resource allocations as shown in my Device Manager.
My video card [SiS620] is sharing IRQ9 with two other devices.
I think the "IRQ Holder for PCI Steering" is what makes that sharing possible [one for each of the two shared devices].

Just grabbing at straws here. :confused:
