PIII 850MHz with Asus cubx-e mobo?

I am looking at this combo and putting together myself. Anything I should look out?

Well.....Asus makes good motherboards; however, this motherboard uses an older chipset and the upward mobility has already been reached (ie maxed out at 800+ mhz..so it says) and doesnt have AGP 4X support. If it is REAL inexpensive then it's a good deal (as in under $110 retail)...if it's more, then I would shop around for the motherboards out there that have more future potential on them and newer chipsets, as in the Intel 815 . The CUSL2-C looks like a pretty nice board from Asus.
