Dual Boot Problem

I am having troubles instaling Win 98 on a PC that is running on 3.1, I get this message all the time

" Standard Mode: Fault in MS-Dos Extendre. EC=0000 CS=0053 IP=2910..."

I did a google search and I kept finding that win 98 should instal without any problems.

What can I do to instal 98 as a second OS ?

I got it working, I just took out one of the memory sticks and everything is fine
