Prog refuses to uninstall

Hi,I can't find a help sub-forum on the site so can I put my question here? -
I don't want FlightSim2004 any more but when I click the uninstall button it refuses to budge, likewise when I use the control panel Add/Remove option, it still won't go.
So I'm stuck with a big unwanted prog sitting taking up a huge chunk of HD space.
Any suggestions how to shift it?
I'm Win 98SE and very PC-illiterate..

Is the 98 a clean OS install or was it upgraded over prior OS?
I would try the third-party uninstaller in CCleaner:
www.ccleaner.com (free application).

I moved this to Gaming as no help questions are to be posted in PC World (it is posted).

You might also try inserting the "FlightSim2004" disk and doing the un-install from there.
