I have installed S3 graphics ProSavageDDR version 6.0.0.0 Driver.So do I still nid to update it to S3 graphics ProSavageDDR 13.94.33 WHQL?

If you don't play games and if you aren't getting graphical problems, then don't bother! It might be worth it to at least download the update and keep it archived in case you do run into a problem, but if everything is fine just leave it alone.
