Gigabyte motherboard

Dear All

I have a Gigabyte GA-7ZXR motherboard Rev 1.
The manual states that this board will support 500Mhz-1Ghz.
Other people have told me it will support above 1Ghz and I believe the later manual states it will support 1Ghz and above.
I would like to fit t/bird 1.2Ghz, is this possible.

Found this on their website http://www2.giga-byte.com/products/products.htm looks like it will go to 1.5 GHz. If the link doesn't take you to your mobo look for it in the Socket A section.
