oblivion issues

so far i've been the only one to have this issue. The game freezes up for a few seconds then un freezes, and repeats, every couple or seconds or so this happens. I'm not saying it freezes up and crashes to the desktop that hasn't happend yet.
any ideas, have recamended system requirements

Most likely a driver issue. Do you have the latest drivers for your hardware? Latest version of DX? And more importantly, where are you getting the drivers?

ok so i've searched around more and its not just oblivion its all the games, anyways i'm discontinuing this thread and making a new one
