acer tavelmate 4020 probleme boot with batterie and shut down

i have acer travelmate 4020 it is new .work with it adapter electricite good but with batterie power on and one minute it shut down .
please help me.

Sounds like a bad battery...if it still has warranty on it get the battery exchanged.

ia m tested another battery form my laptop the probleme it isn't batterie and i am tested my batterie in another latptop it is the same for my laptop the batterie work good and ia m ckecked the socked of batterrie it is good.
