Which one would run 3D games the best? :/ For me, price is a factor also, not just pure performance... :D Thanks!

I think both are equally as good. The 6800xt has greater bandwidth than the 6600GT, but it has a faster stock GPU. The 6800xt isn't worth it unless it is unlockable, which I know the PCIe version isn't. I'd reccommend the 6600GT, or going for a X1600 or 7600 that you can find for around the same price.

The 7600's just came out, so there's no way you can find one for under $150 yet. The 6600 GT is good for that price, or there's the Radeon X800 GTO, which is a little bit older but it's around the $100 price. The Radeon X1600 Pro/XT is still above that price range last time I checked.
