I get these messages when I log on to my pc on the attached document. I have tried looking for the Trial.bmp file to no avail. I tried going to the website for Symantec and tried the fix that was suggested but still am getting the message. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!
I have an hp pavilion 555e with AMD Athlon XP2200+, 1.8 ghz, 512 mb ram
Windows XP Home, Service Pack 2.

I don't know what you intended to post but it is only one byte. Please just copy/paste or transcribe it.

Usually with Norton AV, when they speak about "class" they are talking about something like ByteVerify Java type exploits.
An unregistered class would be a new variant they have not named. I would send the file to Symantec for analysis.
I would also try dumping the Java cache and Temporary Internet files in Windows to try to clean out whatever that file is.
If you are using Sun Java, you should have a Java console icon in Windows Control Panel. In the Console you should see a radio button to delete the Java cache.
