AMD friendly MOBOs?

Looking at either the Biostar M7VKB or the IWILL KK266-R Mobos. Any experience out there with stability etc of these two (or others by Biostar or IWILL)? Planning at this point to use AMD Duron 850/900. Considering these boards cuz of COST & VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS. He also recommended the ASUS A7V, but it is way more expensive.
