Need a little help

I've got my computer in an area that is highly accesible to people i don't really want on it. I'd like to know if there is any program or anything that can tell me when the computer was turned on or when Windows XP was booted up. Anything that could tell me someone has been on and using it.

Help is appreciated.

Personally, I would put in place a boot manager with a password on it (complex one) and not worry too much about it.

Well i cant put a password on it because two other people need to use it occasionally. I'd just like a program or something that logs when people get on just so i know if others are using it, and when they are using it.
