WordWeb 4.5 for Windows 95/98/2000/NT/Me/XP (http://wordweb.info/free/)
It looks good so far.
Just click on the red "W" in the System Tray, or hit "Ctrl+Alt+W" to open the program, type in your word and click "Search".
If it doesn't have the word in its dictionary, then click the "Look on the Web" link to be given a list of web links to sites that do have the word in their dictionary.
Tried "LEEZE" from "Leeze thee on me and welcome" [from Robert Burns about 1790, said by a (loose or over-friendly) woman to a man].
RESULT:
Leese = [v.t.] to Lose, or to hurt.
Lose = To loose upon, to become loose, to be lost.
Hence:
Set yourself loose upon me and welcome.
