Hotspot Usage

Hi All,

I'm new to this - but I'm trying to do a bit of research on usage of wireless hotspots

What i'm after is what people use wireless hotspots for, grouped roughly into the following categories:
* Email
* Internet banking and/or paying bills
* Purchasing tickets (concerts, sporting events etc.)
* Reading online newspapers/journals
* Other (if you can think of any standout "categories" of usage that i have missed, please let me know)!

Any feedback would be great
