Have a look here, www.coolROM.com, but remember you have to own the PS2 before you can download the ROM's for it.

It wasn't included with your emulator? Which EMU are you using?

That last site I posted didn't have the PS2, just Sega, Nintendo, and Neo Geo emulators. The link above will let you download a PS2 emulator.

Is it a illegal matter to download the PS 2 BIOS system? Because every emulator needs PS 2BIOS system to go on. ~.~

It is not illegal if you already own a Playstation 2.

Emulation is not illegal if you own the system in question, and all games/software that you're using with the EMU. If you do not own a game/software title, you must delete it from your system within 24 hours. Laws surrounding the actual emulator programs are a bit more vague - apparently you can have the EMU on your system indefinitely even if you do not own the original system. But, you may not use/run the EMU or own any games/software for it (which includes the BIOS file).
There are ways to sort of "cheat" this system, though. For instance, I like to play a lot of my old NES & SNES games, which I own. However, the systems for them have long since been lost. So when I found out about EMU's, I went bargain-hunting and bought broken NES & SNES systems. :D It's all legal since I technically own the systems, and perfectly justifiable that I want to play my old games on my PC because the original systems broke.
EMU's are a fun way to extend the lifespan of old games and gaming systems (essentially forever) so I fully support them. And the 24-hour rule for trying out games closely resembles the notion of renting games or playing a demo. And since all you need is an old broken system, it's also relatively cheap to keep it perfectly legal on your end. Very fun and easy to do.

I agree with you 100% saphalline.
But on the note of this EMU its a bit rubbish as it doesn't just play ANY PS2 game you want it plays either a select few or just whats provided with the EMU or in the worst case its still not even finished yet.To be honest if you have a PS2 and the games you want you would be just better off playing them on the console as this seems to me to be a bit of a waste of a time
The only EMU's that in my view are worth the bother are consoles you owned that played cartridges AKA the sega, nes, snes, N64 etc.
as the machines and games themselves over time are terribly worn down by constant insertion and removing of the games. And its always handy to have a back up of them on your PC.But games that are on discs are just pointless as the program(EMU) just makes it possible to insert a disc and play it.In the PSX's case thats ok at best but in the PS2's case it doesn't seem worth it as its not anywhere near fully functional
Thats all just IMO

I've no choices to play PS2 games in PC because which student will bring along their toys to foreign University? I just bring my PC that's all because beside playing I've to do other stuff by using computer too. So if I own PS2, how I suppose to get the BIOS system? I really out of idea. Please help me a bit. Thanks...
