I used CPU-Z out of curiosity, and found out that my RAM's frequency is 133Mhz (or something like that). I know I have DDR333, but is that normal? If it is not, how do I fix it?
Thanks in advance. I'll post a pic later as I'm using a different PC.

It should be 166Mhz for DDR333. But it depends on what speed your mobo can handle. If it can only go up to DDR266 speeds than it will slow down the faster ram to what speed it can use.
Also if you have another stick of ram that is DDR266 then it will slow down to match up with the slower stick.
FYI, ram is double pumped. Meaning 133x2=266MHz, 166x2=333MHz, 200x2=400Mhz.
What are the specs for your system? Mobo and chipset most importantly. And what are the specs of all the ram you currently have in your system if you have more than one stick?

My mobo is P4S800D-X, which supports DDR400. I think the Northbridge is SiS655FX.
I have two sticks of 256MB PC2700 RAM for a total of 512MB.

What CPU are you using? What RAM settings does your BIOS say? Software isn't always 100% accurate, so double-checking with your BIOS on matters such as this is recommended.
