This (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/ftp.mspx?mfr=true) will get you started. Entering "?" (without the quote marks) from the ftp command line will give you a list of commands.

Much easier IMO to download a free ftp client, though...
