Follow the following pattern:
1.vcc2 2.data -2 3.data+2 4.GND
1.vcc1 3.data-1 4.data+1 4.GND
vcc1 is applied start at no.1,second line, which is the USB power. vcc2 is applied start at the 1st line USB power of the socket on the mother board. Hgmm...quite hard to explain to you like this, hope you can understand...

chrisling has it correct, but it's confusing if you've never done it before. The two cables from the front of the case are for each individual USB port. The headers on the mobo each support two USB ports. So you want to connect both cables from the front of the case to just one of the USB headers (USB 4/5 would be my first choice).
The USB 4/5 header is arranged in a 2 x 5 -1 block (2-pins wide, 5-pins long, 1 pin missing). On one row of this block of pins (lengthwise) you want to line up one of the front USB cables:
Vcc1 = usb pwr
Data -1 = P-4
Data +1 = P+4
GND = GND
Don't worry about the last pin in the sequence. It isn't necessary. The other USB cable from the front of the case will then line up next to the first one on the same header:
Vcc2 = usb pwr
Data -2 = P-5
Data +2 = P+5
GND = GND
That's it!
