New PSU.

I ordered a new PSU a few days ago. It's a Powmax XPower 450W ATX power supply Dual Fan v2.03 and Intel 12V 1.1 compliant. 20 or 24 Pin Connector supports Serial ATA.

I was just wondering if anyone heard any good or bad mojo about this PSU before I hook it up.
