Anybody Know Where This Is!?!?!?!?!?!

I was told by someone that i needed to get to the 'administritive tools' folder/window on my PC to try and fix a problem im having. They said it was accessable through the start-programmes menu but i cant find it there.

Anybody Know Where This Is!?!?!?!?!

Press F8 when you are starting Windows.That's all to log on in Safe Mode. Choose the account of Administrator to log on to the administrator since you be informed to do so.

"Administrative tools" is accessed from Control panel:

Start\Control panel\Administrative tools

To permently display Admin Tools in the start menu, you need to activate first.

Point mouse at Taskbar, right click on Properties, click on Start Menu, select Customize, Advance and check off the Admin Tools under the Drop-Down List.
The Admin Tools should appear in the Start Menu under Accessories.
