Help My funtion button is locked ON

Hi I have an HP Pavillion dv5120us and somehow I pressed the wrong buttons and now the function key is locked on. For instance every time I press the letter K, I get the number 2. My manual doesn't tell me what to do and I had to hook up an external keyboard just to be able to write this.

Please tell me what to do :(

I asked my friend and he told me how to fix it. In caseanyone is interested you press CTRL+FN+ALT+SCROLL(NUM LK) at the same time.

Try hitting the 'num lock' key...it should be right next to the f12 key.

I know someone with a Sony Vaio...and her function key has suddenly stopped working. Is it likely she pressed a series of keys and got it F'ed up...or do you think the keyboard is busted?
