64MB Leadtek Winfast GeForce 2 Pro or Geforce2 Mx 400?

I was hoping if you could tell me out of the 2 video cards which would be good for new games (Quake 3, Mech4, Red Faction.......)

a)64MB Leadtek Winfast GeForce 2 Pro
OR
b)64Mb NVIDIA GeForce2 MX 400

If any hardware has WIN anywhere in the Name I don't walk away from it .
I RUN as far and as fast as I can.

Seriously Now.
I'd look into the spec's of both cards.
If one or the other requires Windows to function at top speed or use it's full capability
I'd opt for the other.

Anything that is a WIN will draw from other resources to function.
Be it CPU cycles or ram Like the winmodem ..

Well Bill, i'm pretty serious about gaming so i went for a Geforce3; i used to have a Geforce2 ultra-it really depends on how hardcore a gamer you are and how much you want to spend. If you want a good deal for the money go with the mx, if you want beter performance for a few dollars more go with the pro ( you can usually find an ultra for about the same price on ebay ). If you're REALLY serious, well...Geforce3 is the way to go.
by the way, the mx is half the pipeline of the pro, which means it handles half the pixel load-but it's still a desent card to play todays games if you're on a budget. http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/wink.gif
