Experiencing sudden restarts, typically when system is under any load at all. If the PC is just idling, it does not seem to have this problem. Please help diagnose this, and hopefully together we can fix this!!

First suggestion is to remove the side panel and put a fan gently blowing on the computer's innards...
Is this a new build? Was it ever working properly?

This is a older unit.

Have you cleaned the heatsink, fans, and innards of dust?

Is this the system in your sig? If so, I doubt it would be heat-related. An old Duron system like that would simply lock-up if overheated. Sounds like the PSU is going bad on you, although it could be a RAM problem or the cables and cards could simply need to be reseated a few times. And it can't hurt to dust it out.
Without more to go on, this will simply be a process of elimination. Try a few things, see if they work, repeat...
It is XP...so it could still be a heat problem, but more likely, like Saph said, something else. Look in the Windows folder for a folder named Minidump and see if there are any dated for the times of the restarts.
