Hello All, Last weekend I hooked a Linksys WRT54G v.5 wireless router up,connected by cable to my desktop and wireless to new Sony Vaio Laptop. Had some problems setting it up but worked through them & got things up and running. Problem is if I just fire up the desktop I have no internet access. As soon as I crank up the laptop I have access & all is well. I'm sharing some folders between the two & that works OK. Desktop is running WinXP Pro, Laptop WinXP Home.
I think it's just some setting I have wrong but can't figure it out. Can someone help me out?
