I'm really into music and i would like to start making some.
I've been playing piano for about six years now. And I got a keyboard yamaha PSR-540,a high end computer, and this looping program called Acid Pro 2.0 (I'm really not sure how to use the features on the keyboard, it has all these functions but... I really need some help).

I would like to do some sampling (DJ stuff) and need some software that I can do some sampling (record mp3, and wav files into my hard drive.)
Also from what i know is, i need a MIDI port and some kinda software for my keyboard to hook it up to my computer, what do u guys reccommend?

Well as for the software check Shareware Music Machine (http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/). As for hardware you have most of it...a sound card but most don't have the round MIDI port that most keyboards use, so you'll need to find an adapter cable....
