Quick question about FireFox

Something that has been driving me crazy the past few weeks...

Does anyone know if FireFox now defaults to saving files to the Desktop instead of asking where to save them?

It seems that everytime there is an update, latley (at least the past 3 of them) I have to go and reset that option to ask for every file...

I just restarted from the 1.5.0.4 update and had to reset the dang thing...again.

I just installed the latest update and it stayed at "ask me where..." for me.

hmmm....working in w98 right now and that is where I noticed it.

I don't seem to recall it happening in the 'Nix version, but it did it in XP at least once...
