Please do not follow this advice... We have no evidence that chrisling is familiar with HJT logs and these items are benign...

There is nothing showing in your log that would cause the problems you are describing in the other thread... Try another scan:

Please download SilentRunners from here:
http://www.silentrunners.org/Silent%20Runners.zip
Unzip it to the desktop and double-click on it. If you get any kind of warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run. When the scan is finished, it will create a logfile on the desktop. Please post the entire contents of this logfile for me to see. Use more than one post if needed...

Chrisling,
Please observe the forums guidelines for HJT log help in the sticky post here:
http://www.pcguide.com/vb/showthread.php?t=30923
The guidelines were posted to protect members from having bad advice given which can break their OS/applications.
You were warned once before for the same issue. Please show restraint in HJT log threads.

I don't see anything in this log either... One more option to try... Run a rootkit scan:

damn, nothing was found by F-secure's Blacklight either... There's has to be something in my pc that's bugging it, because it hasn't been like this before... Anyway, i thank you for your time, and if u have anything else i can run, or do to check, please... anything i could try by removing stuff... except for re-installing windows, becuase i've done that enough times :p

Grab Process Explorer (http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.html) and run it to see which if any process hogs the CPU. It has a save feature that will save a snapshot, so try to hit it when the machine starts to lag.

Spyware doctors process goes up to 98% and that's atleast when my video clips start lagging (exact same lagg as in the games).
It upp at 90%+ for about 5 secs then it goes down to 0.
I'm guessing ofc that this is what's causing the lag... !?

You have a number of things from PCPitstop running as well as Spyware Doctor... If they are doing the same thing, it can cause the kind of lag you experience... Does the PCPitstop program have a resident antispyware function?? If so, turn one of the resident antispyware programs off... Otherwise, it may simply be Spyware Doctor running its resident protections...

It was Spyware doctor causing my pc to lagg, i just disabled it and it's running smoothly now again, PcPitstop is not something i'm going to keep, i just took tial version down a few days ago to c if it would have helped me with something.
But i find it still strange that Spyware Doctor now suddenly (hence i've been using it for a year soon) started processing so much going to try and re-installing to see if it would go back to normal.
Hehe i can't believe it was something so simple but yet so hard for me to figure out.
I owe you all big thanks for helping me out and solving this!

~~Thank You~~

Sometimes a program that has been stable for a long time does strange things after an update. So either go back to the original version you first installed or try the latest update after uninstalling the current version.
