No EtherNet Port On Tower; What to do?

My tower is older and doesn/t have an EtherNet port on the back. The current DSL is hookeup via USB. I want to set up a wireless router, but I can/t connect back into the tower.

Is there anyway to bypass this without getting a new tower?

Or is there a way to add one?

There are probably a fair number of options for this... I know there used to be, but there may not be as many now that most computers come with ethernet ports...
