View Full Version : fujitsu lifebook s2110 - dvd rom

hello,
i'm using fujitsu lifebook s2110 and my laptop doesnt register the dvd/cd -rw on My Computer. but when i clicked on Control Panel> System> Device Manager, under dvd/cd-rom drive, the dvd drive (mat****a dvd-ram uj-840s) is working properly. how do i rectify the problem? thanks.

it didnt work. should i restore the deleted regkey (REG_MULTI_SZ data type UpperFilters)?

In Device Manager => View => Show Hidden

Remove all the DVD drives shown, reboot...and try the upper filters key again...

Next question...is it a swappable drive? If so, it is completely seated?
