Hotmail with Outlook 2003 + MSN/ Trillian (UK)

Since yesterday, I keep getting error messages on Outlook saying that it cant retrieve my messages from Hotmail. The message reads

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCC3E) : 'The server does not support the required HTTP methods.The server responded 'Not Implemented'. '

At the same time my trillian comes up as 'partially connected' and my MSN contacts are offline and 'orphaned'.

Has anyone any ideas as to what has happened and how I can rectify it?

I'm connected to AOL Broadband via a Netgear wired router if thats relevant.

e.g.
Tools >Internet Options >Privacy
click Edit, Type Hotmail.com, click "Allow"

Shut down and restart Outlook and try sending mail.
