broadband suddenly slow

i recently installed windows service pack 2 and now my broadband connection is extremely slow. Is is it the service pack 2 slowing it down or something else?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your modem driver, also check the makers site for newer driver.
Are you having any other problems ?

Also if you made any kind of connection "tweaks"...they may have been undone.

How do I uninstall and reinstall my modem driver? Also my download speeds are pretty fast, but internet website pages take about a minute to load on both internet explorer and firefox.
