what up all, I have a Swiftech MC462-A heatsink (which I dearly love) and have recently purchased a new motherboard (Abit KG7-RAID), which will be released soon. My concern is that with the large size of my heatsink that some of the mobo components will get in the way...have any of you had any trouble with this.

NOTE: There are several mobo's listed on the website that will not work with it...I guess they just need to update the list huh.

Unless you are overclocking out the wazoo......what do you need such a mammoth heat sink for?? Yes I've run into problems more with the heat sink bumping into the power supply more than anything else.
At about $84, the Swiftech better allow at least 400 mhz overclocking to pay for itself.....I'll stick to OEM settings and a $18 fan myself http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Hey Jmac. I think I read that the Swifty or any big HSF will fit on the new Abit KG7.
