BIOS Upgrade sources

I need to upgrade my Award Plug N Play BIOS. When I went to their website, I can't do it unless I am at my computer that needs the upgrade; which is my dilemma, because I can't go online at home until I get this upgrade. I am at work on Saturday night trying to figure this out ... Help! Any other sources out there?

What motherboard are you trying to upgrade? The BIOS update should be available for down load from the motherboard manufacturer's site.
