USB not working

I just formatted my computer and only my ps/2 ports are working for my mouse and my keyboard and ive never had this problem before. When i go into device manager it says that the drivers for my usb arnt installed, how can i get these drivers because i cant connect to the internet without my usb for wireless?

Do you have the modo driver cd with USB driver on it, and have you install it?
Can you connect using Cat5 cable ?
What are the drivers you need ?

yes i have the mobo cd and installed the drivers but they still arnt working, i formatted my computer about 2months ago and i remember once windows started it automatically read the usb devices anyways without even installing anything so something is definitley wrong. I didnt drop the comp or do anything that would of physically damaged the usb i know that for sure, thanks
