Hi
Hope someone maybe able to help me please. I have a DSL modem connection (BT Voyager) connected to a wireless router (BT Voyager) which is set to access point mode.
I got 2 laptops and 1 desktop (all wireless). All 3 gain a wireless connection and all connect to the internet. My problem is in creating a network to allow file and printer sharing. I've ran the network setup wizard and that completes ok. All machines have the same workgroup name. However when I try to add a network place (\\workgroupname\shared folder) i get a message "the folder you entered does not appear to be valid. Please choose another one".
Also when I click on "View workgroup computers" in network tasks, I can only see the compuer that i'm actually working on and not any of the others. I'm a bit of a novice.
Any help would be appreciated
