How does this work?

Hey all,
I downloaded a trial version of alchemy deluxe from popcap games and when I got to looking in C:\Program Files\PopCap\Alchemy I found that there was a crack listed there. It says to put it in the program dir and apply then enjoy. I can't find a "program dir" or how to apply anything to it. How does this work? :confused:

It appears you've downloaded a demo version from an unreputable site. They shoved a crack right into the official download. That sort of activity is illegal. If you trust the site you downloaded that demo from, you should inform the webmaster about this.

"Program dir" just means the program's directory. The full path that leads to where the program was installed. The path you listed for that demo is the directory location mentioned in the crack.

As for how to apply the crack, that would depend upon the type of file(s) included. And since illegal activity is not allowed here on the forums, I cannot explain any further. I'm sure you understand. ;)
